Ceramic fiberboard is made of ceramic fiber wool as raw material and vacuum formed. Its strength is higher than fiber blanket and vacuum formed felt, and it is suitable for application fields that require rigid strength of products. In addition, according to application requirements, there are vacuum formed ceramic fiberboard products with higher bulk density, and the thermal insulation, wear resistance and strength of the board are further improved. The formula of ceramic fiber machine-made board contains a small amount of organic binder to enhance its cold strength. The organic matter can be burned down when it is first burned at about 200℃ to 300℃.
