Product introduction
Ceramic fiber module is a block-shaped product made by cutting (or bending) and then compressing fiber blankets. The density of the fiber blankets is increased by compressing and stacking them, which is used to reduce energy loss in the kiln and enhance thermal insulation performance.
Product features
- After the folded blankets are untied, they will expand in different directions without gaps;
- The elastic fiber blankets can resist mechanical external forces;
- The elasticity of the fiber blankets can compensate for the deformation of the furnace shell, so that there are no gaps between the modules;
- Due to its light weight, it absorbs very little heat when used as an insulation material;
- Low thermal conductivity brings high energy saving effect;
- It has the ability to resist any thermal shock;
- The lining does not need to be dried and maintained, so it can be put into use immediately after installation;
- The anchoring system is away from the hot surface of the module, so that the metal anchors are at a relatively low temperature.

- Petrochemical: heating furnace, reforming furnace, high temperature decomposition pipeline;
- Steel: ladle cover, pit type soaking furnace cover, heating furnace, single coil or multi coil thin plate annealing furnace, continuous annealing and coating furnace, ring furnace, car bottom furnace, roller bottom furnace, bell furnace, hot air duct and flue, etc.;
- Aluminum processing: pit type soaking furnace and furnace cover, crucible furnace, homogenizing furnace, flue;
- Ceramics: tableware firing tunnel kiln and intermittent kiln, sanitary ware and brick firing Hoffman kiln. Technical ceramic firing kiln, flue and flame insulation;
- Boiler: high temperature oxidation device, exhaust gas recovery device, combustion chamber, boiler flue.
