1800 CNC Three-Blade Cutting Machine with Edge Trimming & Chamfering Function

Developed by our company to meet market demands, this new-generation tile cutting machine features three blades for integrated processing. The first blade pre-cuts the tile, the second simultaneously chamfers and trims the edge, and the third completes the full-depth cut-enabling products to achieve original-edge quality. This eliminates the need for post-cutting-edge grinding, significantly improving cutting efficiency and reducing costs.

Specifically optimized for microcrystalline stone, it successfully solves the edge chipping problem common in microcrystalline cutting. Tiles processed by this machine exhibit factory-grade edge finishes, setting a new standard for precision in the industry.
