Dual-Platform Rock Slab Hot Bending Furnace
The dual-platform rock slab hot bending furnace can shape rock slabs into any form. Using molds, the slabs are secondarily heated to 1300°C in the furnace to soften and form, then undergo high-temperature annealing and natural cooling before being unloaded.
Hot Bending Process Furnace Specifications:
l Overall Size: 12m × 3m
l Inner Furnace Dimensions: 3.6m × 1.8m × 1.2m
l Power: 180KW–200KW
l Specialized for bending rock slabs into various arcs
l Cycle Time: Approximately 9.5 hours per furnace (including cooling)
l Power Consumption: Around 500 kWh per cycle
Mold Requirements:
Each arc shape requires a custom mold, which should be fabricated using a waterjet cutter or machining center.
Advantages
l Low thermal conductivity of insulation cotton enables fast heat dissipation.
l 2. Dual workstations enhance efficiency by saving time for mold and workpiece placement.
l 3. Energy-saving design: Reduces power consumption by 2 hours × 180kW = 360 kWh.
